TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Jumpoline mobile application and related services provided by Late Byte Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, or older where required by local law. If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. The Service
Jumpoline is an arcade game in which players slingshot a ball between trampolines, dodge obstacles, and compete on a global leaderboard.
We may add, remove, change, suspend, or limit features at any time, including leaderboard functionality, game mechanics, and availability.
4. Accounts
An anonymous account is created automatically when you first launch the App. If you choose to set a display name, you are responsible for ensuring it does not violate these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. User Content
Display names you set within the App are visible publicly on the global leaderboard. You agree that any display name you submit will not be offensive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We reserve the right to change or remove any display name we consider inappropriate, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Repeated violations or particularly egregious display names may result in permanent suspension of your account.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to:
• submit offensive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise
inappropriate display names
• attempt to manipulate, cheat, or exploit the leaderboard
• probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App or
related infrastructure
• violate any applicable law or regulation
If we determine that a display name violates these Terms, we may change it to a neutral placeholder, remove it, suspend your access to the leaderboard, or permanently ban your account — depending on the severity and frequency of the violation. We are not obligated to provide warning before taking any of these actions.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, branding, text, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.
8. Third-Party Services
The App depends on third-party services including Google Firebase. We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, or acts of third parties outside our reasonable control.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms or engaged in fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the App.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where non-waivable consumer protection laws in your place of residence apply.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
